We are delighted to announce the continuation of our COACH Mentoring Programme.

What is the COACH Mentoring Programme?

Since its launch in 2020, we match Members of the COACH Alumni Community with current students and recent graduates of the Universities of Cambridge and Oxford in the Mentoring Programme. As part of the Programme, Mentors help their Mentees realise their full potential by supporting them with careers advice, encouragement and professional support, as well as showing them a constructive example.

The aim of the Programme is to create an opportunity for bilateral personal and professional development, in which Mentors and Mentees can inspire each other and exchange ideas, as well as reflect on their career goals and development.

Taking part in the Mentoring Programme is a voluntary engagement and our Mentors and Mentees do not receive financial remuneration for their participation.

Why is COACH launching a Mentoring Programme?

We would like to build a supportive and closely-knit community of Cambridge and Oxford Alumni and bring COACH Members closer to current students and the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge. We believe that the COACH Mentoring Programme is a great tool to do so!

How can I sign up and learn more about the details?

If you would like to learn more about the Programme, please read our Mentoring Guide.

Please click here if you would like to sign up as a Mentor. We accept Mentor applications from all COACH Members who have substantial professional experience and would like to help current Oxford and Cambridge students and recent graduates start their career.

Please click here if you would like to sign up as a Mentee. Applications on the Mentee side are open to both current students and recent graduates of the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge.

We welcome Mentee applications from students (undergraduate, Masters and PhD students) and recent graduates from the University of Cambridge or the University of Oxford. This means that COACH Members who graduated recently can apply both as Mentors and as Mentees, as they might find it beneficial to learn from the expertise of Members with more substantial professional experience. Young Members can therefore apply as Mentors, Mentees or both.

We are grateful to all Mentors and Mentees who sign up for the Programme.

The deadline for applications is 30 November 2022.

Please do not hesitate to contact the COACH Organising Committee with any questions related to the Programme: committee@oxcam-hungary.org.
